Exam Content Overview

GSM exam covering the basic principles of the GSM and GPRS systems, product architecture and specifications, typical hardware configuration, engineering survey and hardware installation, software commissioning and testing, acceptance testing, maintenance and troubleshooting. Based on the HCNA examination, HCNP examination add the containts below: basic signaling process of the GSM system, the M2000 and CME-related product knowledge, data configuration, software commissioning of site controler, site software upgrades.
